White alligator at the Audubon Zoo- had a sun burn so was a little pink.

The French Quarter-  crazy scary at night, but so amazing.
Silver painted people were awesome.



Mardi Gras World - Fun to see where the floats are made and got to try on cool costumes.

King Cake- My 1st taste at Mardi Gras world. Didn't get the baby, though.

These are just a few of the cool things, that I was able to see and do, when I was a Nanny in Louisiana. I had a blast seeing all the cool things, and would love to go back again someday

I have a purse for no other reason than to carry all my crap that I really don't need.
I have the essentials like lotion, chap stick, Debit card, change, bills, pills, and lot's of other crap.
I can never seem to find what I need either. but I don't leave home without it.

I'm so Grateful for my Savior and for the sacrifices that have been made on my behalf.

I'm so thankful for the Atonement and the opportunity that I can be forgiven.

I'm blessed to be a member of the church & am grateful for the chance to be a Forever family.

I'm grateful for this time of year and for the true meaning of Christmas.

Blog Challenge-Day 22- My Favorite Place

I would have to say Home is my Favorite place to be. I love that for the most part I feel safe there, except for at night by myself, but that's because I'm a chicken. I love to be at home surrounded by family just hanging out and spending time together.  I have lived here in this house for most of my life and and I love it.

Blog Challenge-Day 21- A photo of something that makes me happy

I love camping and fishing. I love the peace and quiet of the outdoors, I love looking at the star filled sky at night, it just seems different, when your camping. I love cooking over a camp fire and roasting Marshmallows for Smores, Roasting Starbursts and Cinnamon bears. I'm not a hiker, but just being in the mountains is such a relaxing thing. And Fishing, I could fish any time and be completely happy. I will even bait my own hook! Just not the biggest fan of unhooking them or Cleaning them.
I hope this summer to go camping again. I love it!
